I get most of my ingredients from Sprouts, as that's my preferred grocery store, but most major grocery stores will have the ingredients needed.
Ingredients:
-1/2 Cup of Soy
-1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
-2 Tbl minced garlic
-2-3 tsp fresh grated ginger (I store my ginger in the freezer)
-Sriracha to taste!
Sauce Thickener (add after sauce simmers for 10 minutes)
-1 T Corn Starch
-1 T Warm Water
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together and add to a sauce pan. Bring to a slow boil and then simmer for 10 minutes. Add thickener to sauce, if desired, and stir on low until thickened.
This is consistency of the sauce you're looking for right here. Not too thick and not too runny! Pour it over your favorite dinner and you're done. Easy 10 minute sauce that everyone will rave about.
